Welcome all citizens of New Yuk City! Everything here starts as inorganic trans-species globs of paint or dusty charcoal. The artwork gets digitized so it can be printed and assembled into tangible objects you can wear or interact with! This creation process can take 7-21 business days to get from New Yuk City to your doorstep.

Processing Time
- Order Processing: Orders are made as soon as you purchase goods from New Yuk City. All our hand-painted artwork is digitized, then sent to printers around the globe to cover an assortment of products. Assembly and shipping can take 7-21 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- Large artwork Orders: Any orders over 12” x 12” is for local pickup in Brooklyn only.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
Standard Shipping:
- United States: Orders shipped to the United States will have free standard shipping.
- Canada: We currently do not ship to Canada, but will be upgrading soon!
- International: We currently do not ship internationally, but will be upgrading soon!
Expedited Shipping:
- United States: From $7.99 to $35.99 (2-7 business days)
- Canada: We currently do not ship to Canada, but will be upgrading soon!
- International: We currently do not ship internationally, but will be upgrading soon!
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping Providers
We partner with major shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure reliable delivery of your items.
Shipping Restrictions
- P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
- International Shipping: Some items may not be eligible for international shipping. Please check the product description for any restrictions.\
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order using the link provided in the email or on our website under the “Track Order” section.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet our shipping estimates, occasional delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs processing, or carrier delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
New Yuk City is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages and Lost Packages
- Damages: New Yuk City is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier to investigate.
